These terms are an agreement between you and Sawir Studio LLC (“we”, “us”) about the Pawlitics app for iPhone and iPad and this website. By using Pawlitics, you agree to them.

Apple's terms apply too

Pawlitics is licensed to you through the App Store under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These terms add to it. Where the two conflict, Apple's agreement wins.

The game

Pawlitics is a game. Its towns, characters, parties, policies and events are fictional and made up for fun. They aren't political advice and don't describe any real person, party or government.

Purchases

The first term, the tutorial scenario and four governors are free. The optional full game unlock is a one-time, non-consumable purchase sold by Apple. Apple handles payment, refunds and restoring purchases on your other devices; you can restore from any unlock offer in the app.

Fair use

Don't use Pawlitics to break the law or infringe anyone else's rights. Don't redistribute, resell or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it regardless of this term. The Pawlitics name, icon, characters and app design belong to Sawir Studio LLC.

Third-party content

Some sound effects and music are public-domain (CC0) works by other creators, credited inside the app's project. Game Center is provided by Apple under its own terms.

No warranty

We work hard to make Pawlitics fun and reliable, but it's provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sawir Studio LLC isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or progress, arising from your use of Pawlitics. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
